The airport cargo facility serves substantial movement of industrial, non-perishable, and perishable products across global locations.

Cargo Management System

CCSIA introduced the Airport Community System (ACS) in 2022. This secure, web-based system connects airports, cargo handlers, freight forwarders, customs, airlines, and other stakeholders. The ACS streamlines cargo processes, improves coordination, and enhances efficiency, making air cargo management faster and more organised.

  • Digital Documentation: The ACS simplifies cargo processing with a single digital platform, improving visibility and coordination across the supply chain.
  • Paperless Import Process: The feature enables contactless import operations, reducing paperwork and limiting manual intervention for smoother processes.
  • Customised Features: The platform supports shipment tracking, carting order approvals, payment processing for cargo handling fees, and a paperless truck scheduling system for dock access.
  • E-Freight Initiatives: CCSIA is accredited by the International Air Transport Association (IATA) as an e-Freight compliant station. By minimising the use of paper and physical documentation, ACS makes cargo handling smoother, more efficient, and environmentally friendly, supporting CCSIA’s commitment to a digital and sustainable future. With these features, ACS has become a comprehensive solution for LIAL’s cargo operations. It brings stakeholders together, improves overall efficiency, and reinforces CCSIA’s position as a digital leader in air cargo.

We provide state-of-the-art Cargo Terminals, equipped with modern handling equipment and trained personnel. Our mission goes beyond ensuring a seamless passenger experience through our Pax Terminal — we aim to facilitate the safe, efficient movement of goods across domestic and international sectors.

Admin Department: 09:30 to 18:30 hrs

Import: Examination Token – 09:00 to 17:30 hrs

Customer Counters:

RMS Clearance / Direct Delivery

Domestic Air Cargo Operations

Free Period:

Export: 12 hours from cargo admittance to acceptance and 36 hours from acceptance to actual departure.

Import: 48 hours from flight finalisation in the Custodian Management System.
