Assistance for Missing Belongings
Passengers who misplace or find an item at CCSIA can report it to the Lost and Found service. Our staff will help in cataloguing and retrieving lost belongings through a thoroughly vetted process. Unclaimed items are documented and stored under the supervision of the Duty Terminal Manager.
How to Report Lost Items

Any unclaimed items are deposited under the Lost & Found property through the Duty Terminal Manager. This ensures a proper documentation and handling process that includes a detailed record of the item's contents and description, the date and time of reporting, and the depositor’s signature.
