Accessibility and Mobility Support

We are committed to making every passenger’s journey smooth and comfortable. At CCISA, we provide assistance, information, and advice to passengers with reduced mobility and special needs at various checkpoints throughout the airport. Passengers are required to book mobility aids such as wheelchairs at the time of booking tickets with respective airlines. In case of emergency, wheelchairs are provided at departure and arrival without any booking.
